Violet plant in front of sandy background. Colorless, transparent paste mixed with sand, trowelled onto canvas. Creation of the plant shape by reaping transparent colorless paste into hollows formed by a template made from cardboard. Over-paint of the dried plant structure with acrylic colors. The plant is elevated approximately 1 mm above the periphery and exhibits sharp, exact edges.
